Hardly 300 metres distance from beautiful Valtos beach and 2 kilometres away from the centre of Parga, Villa Perkemes is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a beautiful garden.

Villa Perkemes has 8 apartments, each one can sleep up to 4 persons and there are 4 apartments situated on the ground floor and 4 apartments on the first floor. 
Each apartment consists of one large separate bedroom, one separate kitchen,  a large bathroom and two balconies (one front and one at the rear) .
All apartments are ideal for two-three adults and also for families of 4 persons. The extra beds can be either in the large bedroom or in the kitchen . Next to the Apartments, there is a small detached 

Villa for a family of 4/5 persons. 
The accommodation is well furnished and equipped to a very high standard and all the apartments have air conditioning, satellite television, and large balconies overlooking the gardens and the mountains. There is also private parking for the cars and a barbeque outside for use of all clients. Nearby Villa Perkemes in 300 metres distance, there are restaurants, bars, cafeterias and Mini markets and also there is a swimming pool for use of all guests. Villa Perkemes is recommended to guests, who enjoy a peaceful holiday near the beautiful beach of Valtos. Also for those who want to go to the centre and to Parga town night life it is only few minutes away by the car or twenty minutes walk.
